Marketing that grew out of sales

Most agencies start with design. We start with a question: how does a sale actually happen in your business?

I am Karolina Januškienė. I have worked in active sales for 16 years, 5 of them in export. I have sold machinery, where the customer walks in knowing what they want. I have sold services, where you sell something that can be neither touched nor shown. I have worked in manufacturing companies and sold event, photo and video services. I have led sales teams of 15 to 35 people.

I founded the agency in 2021. There were four of us: me, a designer, a copywriter and a client coordinator. At one point we were creating content for around 35 regular clients every month. Today I do the same work myself, with the help of AI tools. For you it means two things: you talk directly to the person doing your project, and you pay for the work itself, not for an office and a team's overheads.

Before I build anything, I listen first. How do customers find you? What do they ask before buying? Where do they most often change their mind? Only then do the website structure, the post topics or the CRM fields appear.

You see and approve every content plan in advance. I do not publish a single post or reply to a single customer of yours without your review. Everything I create stays yours: the website, the accounts, the copy and the photos.

The first version of the Lithuanian Community Confederation website was live 4 days after work began. Today it has 12 pages and 11 content modules, and the organisation publishes its news on its own. In the Dainos baldai online shop, more than 400 supplier products are updated automatically every day, with no manual work.

What matters to me is that a few months in you say not “it looks nice” but “new customers called”. I treat your business the way I would treat my own: with responsibility for every euro and every word said in your name.

Good marketing answers the questions a customer would ask a salesperson. Only earlier, before they call.

Four principles

01

Sales first, beauty second

Design matters as far as it helps people decide. Every page has one clear next step.

02

The customer's language, not ours

We write the way customers describe their own problem, without jargon or empty phrases.

03

Numbers, not hunches

Every month we look at what brought enquiries and what did not, and change what is not working.

04

One person answers for everything

No need to explain the same thing to a designer, a copywriter and a developer. You talk to one person, and AI tools replace the large team.
